What we collect
IronRing requests access to your Google Calendar solely to check your availability and book appointments on behalf of your business. We do not read, store, or process calendar data beyond what is required to perform scheduling actions you have explicitly authorized.
How we use your data
Calendar access is used exclusively to operate your AI receptionist — checking open time slots and creating bookings when a caller requests an appointment. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to this scheduling function.
Data sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data or calendar information with third parties. Data is not transferred to any external service except as necessary to perform the scheduling actions described above.
Data retention
We retain only the minimum information needed to keep your AI receptionist running. You may revoke Google Calendar access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which will immediately stop all calendar operations.
