Who we are
This notice covers onboard.ironringauto.com, the client onboarding and portal application operated by Iron Ring LLC (d/b/a IronRing Automation), 737 N 900 E #513, Provo, UT 84606. It is a short-form summary — our full privacy policy, including California privacy rights, is at ironringauto.com/privacy.
What we collect
To set up and operate your AI receptionist we collect your name, phone number, email address, and business information (business name, trade, service area, hours). Once your receptionist is live, the service also processes call recordings and transcripts of calls it handles, and the content of SMS messages sent and received through it.
How we use your data
We use this information solely to provide the service — answering and routing calls, booking appointments, sending call summaries and SMS notifications, and billing your account. We do not use your data for advertising.
Google API Services
IronRing requests access to your Google Calendar solely to check your availability and book appointments on behalf of your business. We do not read, store, or process calendar data beyond what is required to perform the scheduling actions you have explicitly authorized. IronRing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may revoke Google Calendar access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which will immediately stop all calendar operations.
Service providers
We share data with the service providers that power the platform, only as needed to operate it: Retell AI (voice AI and call handling), Twilio (phone and SMS), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Google (calendar scheduling), Resend (email delivery), Zapier (CRM integrations), Anthropic (AI text processing), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
